Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is the third heat pump Absolute Cool has installed for us over 13 years, and they've been consistently great. The team arrived on time, were friendly throughout, and left everything neat and tidy. A reputable business we trust, and we'd definitely use them again.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolute Cool upgraded the air conditioning in our apartment, including the install of 3 new cassette units. Zee kept us updated throughout each stage of the project, so we knew what to expect each day. The team were incredibly respectful of our home, minimised disruption as much as possible, and took the time to reinstate everything and tidy up thoroughly at the end of each day. The whole process was handled professionally and thoughtfully from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great experience for a simple service. Needed a new remote control for my panasonic heat pump. I got a prompt response and ended up with a better unit than the original for less money.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were looking to install a ducted heat pump for our whole house. While some companies were either too expensive or recommended a different system, Joshua took the time to listen to what we wanted and designed the exact solution we were after, a Mitsubishi ducted heat pump with Lossnay ventilation.

On-site, Zee and his team were punctual, professional, and did a fantastic job with the installation. Their workmanship and attention to detail were excellent, and they left everything clean and tidy.

All in all, Absolute Cool was absolutely amazing. Our little one now enjoys a warm, comfortable home with fresh, clean air every day. We couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend Absolute Cool to anyone considering a ducted heat pump system.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Joshua was great to deal with and helped me make some good decisions re-heat pumps and where to put them in our place. He represents the best heat pumps you can buy in NZ according to Consumer Magazine. And he backs this up with great product knowledge.
His installers, Jong and his team ,were fantastic. Jong was so careful and precise about where he placed the heat pumps. His work along with his team was faultless, neat, perfect. Thank you Jong.
We are enjoying our new heat pumps. Thank you Joshua and your team!
