Absolute Cool upgraded the air conditioning in our apartment, including the install of 3 new cassette units. Zee kept us updated throughout each stage of the project, so we knew what to expect each day. The team were incredibly respectful of our home, minimised disruption as much as possible, and took the time to reinstate everything and tidy up thoroughly at the end of each day. We were looking to install a ducted heat pump for our whole house. While some companies were either too expensive or recommended a different system, Joshua took the time to listen to what we wanted and designed the exact solution we were after, a Mitsubishi ducted heat pump with Lossnay ventilation.

On-site, Zee and his team were punctual, professional, and did a fantastic job with the installation. Their workmanship and attention to detail were excellent, and they left everything clean and tidy.

Joshua was great to deal with and helped me make some good decisions re-heat pumps and where to put them in our place. He represents the best heat pumps you can buy in NZ according to Consumer Magazine. And he backs this up with great product knowledge.
His installers, Jong and his team ,were fantastic. Jong was so careful and precise about where he placed the heat pumps. His work along with his team was faultless, neat, perfect. Thank you Jong.
